Pricing Policy

Online Payment

All payments on quirkee.co.in are securely processed. We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. We will confirm item availability and shipping before processing your order.

Credit Card Details

You agree and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on the site are correct and accurate. You must use your own credit card in any transactions on the site.

Cancellation and Changes by Customers

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to quirkee.co.in@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or modified. If you receive the wrong product or a damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receipt, and we will arrange for collection. The customer agrees not to dispute Quirkee’s decision on cancellation and accepts it as final.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges will only be applicable if the customer provides an unboxing video showing the originally received package and the product clearly in the video, and the product is shown to be damaged or broken.

No Refund & Exchange Policy

  • All pre-orders and customized orders require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
  • No refund or exchange will be given for used products.
  • No exchange or return will be accepted for minor color and design variations due to screen differences or the handcrafted nature of our products.
  • No refund if the address provided is incorrect or outdated.
  • No refund after three failed delivery attempts by our courier agents.
  • If a refund is approved, only the product value will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Prices do not include customs duties, which are the customer's responsibility.

Sale and Promotion

Sales last until stock is available. The duration of sales is at Quirkee’s sole discretion. Products can be added, removed, or have prices adjusted during sales. Quirkee reserves the right to extend or terminate sales without prior notice. No return or exchange is applicable for sale items.
