Returns & Refunds

At Quirkee, we take immense pride in the unique, statement accessories crafted by our talented team. Since each piece is intricately designed, slight variations or quirks may occur—these only enhance the individuality and charm of our products!


Exchange & Credit Note Policy

Quirkee does not accept returns or refunds on orders once placed. However, we do offer exchanges and credit notes under specific conditions, which can only be redeemed on the Quirkee website.


Conditions for Exchange & Credit Note

Quirkee accepts exchanges and issues credit notes only under the following circumstances:

  • The product(s) delivered are different from the ones ordered.
  • The product(s) delivered are damaged upon receipt.
  • Exchanges will only be applicable if the customer provides an unboxing video of the originally received package, and the product is visibly damaged or broken in the video.

If any of these issues occur, please contact our customer support team at quirkee.co.in@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery, including your order number and a picture of the product. Requests made after 2 days will not be entertained.


Important Notes:

  • Items sent back without prior intimation will not be accepted.
  • Coupon codes cannot be applied to exchange orders or credit notes.
  • Credit notes cannot be redeemed on sale items.
  • Products purchased from third-party websites or physical stores are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Missing items or incorrect orders must be reported immediately upon delivery. Reports made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.

Exchange Policy - India

We do not offer exchanges or refunds if the customer simply does not like the product(s). Under special circumstances, exchanges may be considered, but customers will need to cover pickup and re-shipping charges of ₹250/- (PAN India).

Items on sale are not eligible for exchange. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Exchange Policy - International

Refunds are only applicable in case of lost shipments. International orders are not eligible for exchange. In the case of damaged products or incorrect deliveries, a request must be raised within 2 days of delivery along with an unboxing video to be eligible for a refund.


No Refund or Exchange

No refund or exchange will be provided in the following cases:

  • No return/exchange/replacement is available for pre-orders or customized orders.
  • No refund/exchange for used products.
  • No exchange/return for minor color and design variations due to display differences or the handcrafted nature of our accessories.
  • No refund for incorrect or outdated addresses.
  • No refund after 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agents.
  • In case of an approved refund, only the product value will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Prices exclude customs duties and shipping charges. Duties and taxes as per your country’s regulations are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to natural calamities, national emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances.
